Practice Focus

Anne M. Littwin received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Stern College for Women.  During law school, Anne participated in the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinical Program which focuses on the elderly and the disabled.  Anne is admitted to practice in New York State (January 2000) as well as in New Jersey (December 1999).  Anne is a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), specifically the Elder Law section. 

Anne M. Littwin concentrates in the areas of Elder Law and Trust and Estates.  Her practice includes Guardianship Proceedings, Medicaid Planning and Applications in connection with Nursing Homes and Home Care, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, as well as Probate and Administration Proceedings.

Anne Littwin is registered on the Part 36 list and accepts appointments as Court Evaluator, Attorney for Alleged Incapacitated Person, and Guardian in Article 81 guardianship proceedings.
