Christopher Travis graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University, where he was named to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law.

Mr. Travis is a member of the New York bar and has a varied practice focusing on:

Mr. Travis represents large and mid-size companies as outside general counsel and in litigation in State and Federal Courts. In the securities area, he has represented large and mid-size securities firms and hedge funds in numerous arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and in State and Federal Court litigation.
